Location was good but there are a few things to consider if you choose to stay. The strong fragrance in the hotel is not pleasant if you are sensitive to smells. Also you cannot adjust the AC. It did get hot in the room at night and when the AC did come on it was very noisy.

Pay for what you get stains on the kitchen floor and nasty dried up glue on the microwave will not stay here again !

It was a good stay for me but we had 6 rooms booked for our company staff for conference. The main issue was with water system temperature. In my room, it would fluctuate between very hot to very cold in seconds while in shower. And for a colleague of mine, he had no hot water for his 4 day stay. Each day staff would say issue was fixed but there never was hot water. There was also no effort made to compensate on stay or move to different room. Location is great but hotel as a whole needs a little TLC.

The room was beautiful! It was a full apartment, could have hosted a dinner party! Great location, steps away from the convention center. Thrilled with my stay and can't wait to return.

Everything was fantastic…it feels like being in a Miami high rise condo the moment you get off the elevators. Unfortunately the room key card does not work to open the building door after a certain time in the evening. It’s a hassle and feels uncomfortable to buzz the door and wait to be let in by the night attendant. There was also a slight issue with the seal of the shower which caused water to get on the floor. I notified front desk and they said they’ll resolve it. The next morning at 10am maintenance was there knocking while we were getting our stuff ready. It felt as if we were being rushed. We told them to come back after we checked out and they said okay. That’s my entire experience. If the showers don’t leak, guest can access the property doors without having to feel like a sitting duck and repairs happened at more appropriate times this would been bang for your buck. But I’d definitely give them another chance soon!

Services 24 heures parfait appartement très propre par contre ils devraient vérifier leur appareils comme toaster qui chauffent mal le lave-vaisselle qui sort de sa place et les chaudrons pas trop appétissant mais en général c’est bien

Great location. It is walking distance to National Mall and to many stores including grocery stores. Friendly staff. Room is spacious. Kitchen has pots and pans with basic equipment. Great location but it is nosy because our room can hear police sirens, street noises

This was the perfect place for my weekend in DC with a friend! The apartment was spotless, elegant, and comfortable. And the location could not have been better! Right in the center of DC, it was an easy walk to so many great cafes, restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay here again.

15-20 walkable distance Mins from White House and central DC. Very clean and neat apartment but no parking available.
