Bathroom was very outdated and posed some safety concerns. The bathtub didn’t appear to be properly cleaned, as there were a few hairs left inside and dust residue around the rim (possibly from the cleaning cloth), the step into the bath was also very high, with no handrails to assist getting in & out. The room had a damp smell, although this may have been because the windows were left open before I checked in late that evening. The undercover car park was extremely narrow, making it difficult to manoeuvre, so I ended up parking on the street instead. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and welcoming and the bed was very comfortable.

This hotel is one of the more tired Quest Hotels, the carpets and decor are dated. The frying pan was small, the light in the range hood was out and the coffee tray was not refilled over the 3 days I stayed. The shower temp fluctuates which is borderline dangerous and the washing machine's dryer function was not functioning. Construction is happening right next door so expect noise from 7am onwards. With that said the rooms are spacious and the bed was comfortable. The staff and friendly and helpful.

It was good. Appreciated the house keeper, he was approachable and kind. However if you decide to book, be aware that parking doesnt come with booking, you would spend a few hours or two looking for car parking space which was a nuisance but everything else was okay.

Studio room was much larger than expected so that was great. Clean. Only downfall was that the shower over bath did not drain properly. Otherwise great value. Would absolutely stay again.
