Even though this is not one of the newest hotels in the area it has been beautifully maintained. My room was immaculate. The staff were very friendly. I travel alone and they made me feel very safe. Thanks to you all!

Clean, well lit facility, and quiet. The staff was friendly. I'll definitely stay there again. (This was the third time).

We had a very late check in after a day at Disney and staff made everything smooth and easy at our arrival. Breakfast was amazing!

The hotel was OK there was no water in the rooms and no toiletries although they were in a giant bottle in the shower. Biggest issue was we had a king suite for $170 per night for three nights and then I changed it to two queen size beds and when we got there it was no longer a suite and the charge was $300 per night and the hotel would have made the adjustment but they said they couldn’t because basically Expedia owned and purchased the rooms so the rate was up to Expedia and they would not make any changes and I feel they overcharged us for that basic room. Never again!

Really nice hotel, modern, clean, lobby was nice. The rooms were very clean and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was great. Location was great!

The staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good but food wasn’t always replaced when gone. The room staff did a very good job cleaning our room. We have stayed there before and would stay there again
