I stayed in this hotel and when i arrived i parked the car in parking and given the registration of my vehicle the guy put the registration into system and never ask anything.mext day when checking out i hand in the key and the juat took the key and never said thank you neither demanded money for parking eventhough it ia not mentioned in my stay to pay for property.now i have received letter to pay parking penalty. Thats redicilous

Stayed here on the 8th May this year, after a late night flight back to Manchester. We checked in, and went to our room in the early hours, and straight to bed. At 3am I awoke to find a complete stranger had opened my door and was in our room! He had an electronic key! This was absolutely terrifying, and the following day the hotel didn't even bother to give an explanation. I am fuming, and would never use this hotel again

Was not happy with the room service bedsheets were very smelly had fly we had a bad skin conditioner next day of the service in there I did call the room service to wear them was not impressed at all

The room smelled of smoke when we arrived even though the window was open. The room was fine and mostly clean it was fine for a night. Checkout was at 10am and the cleaner was waiting outside the room at exactly 10am to clean it. Felt kinda rushed, personally feel that 10am checkout is too early. The room got incredibly hot at night, thankfully there was a fan. The water on the bathroom also get incredibly hot, they have the old school mixer taps. It's just ok, fine for a night

Everywhere was clean, especially the room. The bathroom looked a little worn but was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Shuttle service to the airport was good. Would definitely stay there again.

It was ok, good location and helpful staff. Clean rooms. The reason for 3 stars is it's a little run down and quite messy out side of the rooms. Parking is also a nightmare.
