While the area where is hotel is located was good, safe and had plenty of restaurants near by-this hotel leaves a lot to be desired. No a/c and the ceiling fan did not work very good. It had two speeds, one super fast which almost sounded like it was about to take flight. And the other at a very slow spin rate. Elevator did not work until my final day there.

1st time in Mexico city. Booked this hotel 4 hours b4 we landed. Great pick, great area. Would stay again and again. Staff was friendly and hotel was clean and safe

Rooms are old and tired, but the bed linen is clean and staff friendly. The steak restaurant attached to the place is a gem. Location is great and if the price is competitive- I would recommend!
