I like this hotel very much. The room is spacious for the 2 of us. The beds, room and corridors are clean. The hotel is still being upgrading but we are not affected in anyway. The upgrading has improved the ambience. Buffet breakfast is also good. The location is so convenient for walking to Imago mall and the waterfront. But it’s really too hot for walking. So Grab is cooler!! Also the staff at front desk is so helpful and polite. Recommended 👍

DobrzePobyt w pojedynkę · Dla wypoczynku
The hotel was well kept however, not to the fault of the hotel, the water line to the hotel was broken and there were no flush toilets working or faucets/showers. The resteraunts at the hotel was limited in selection but several resteraunts were available within walking distance. The staff was very helpful

They were unable to give me the tool I booked (months in advance)
I had to settle with combining the 2 twin beds instead of my king bed
Other than that it was great the breakfast was amazing
