The hotel offered private transfer which was super helpful and was on time.
The staff were lovely and very attentive throughout our stay.
The facilities at the hotel were great, we used the infinity pool, tennis courts and restaurant. Also used their laundry service which was convenient. Breakfast included.
The staff were also helpful with questions we had about the area.
The room was nice and they made our room daily.
Would recommend.

The hotel is surprisingly quiet considering its location, however it is expensive. We did enjoyed our breakfast getting serenaded by the chirping of the birds.

Place has aura of elegance in the open area where people can sit read talk listen to the piano .
Clean room but everything you need is available . Kleenex is absence instead a roll of toilet tissue in its place . Hand towel only one available
No face towels .Had to ask . Occurred twice no hot water . Maintenance had to come and resolve the issue. Nothing special with breakfast . Everything you need like bread you have to ask and be charged.
Overall . Can’t complain about the staff in Eagles Nest and in the hotel . Everyone is caring good listener, helpful. They all smile at you
The hotel could have been nice . It’s has the resort aura but when I saw infront of it was gasoline station
First impression was I made a mistake. Accessibility to every where you want to go is a plus.

Room was clean but could use a facelift. Could use a screened sliding door to deter insects from coming in when sliding door is open.

Świetnie Room is in good condition. Shower, water pressure kinda weak it could be better if have more pressure. Housekeeping and bellman are well mannered and friendly. I have enjoyed my entire stay and will be back again.
