Stayed overnight before our flight the next day.
Pros:
1. It is very close to the Colosseum. The doorway is literally right in front of it and you will be greeted with the amazing view.
2. There is an elevator and it is one of the older ones, and very charming.
3. Staff was friendly and responsive, and very detailed about how to get in the property, include also restaurant, grocery and pharmacy recommendations.
4. Close to the train station.
5. Bed was big and comfortable. Room was small but clean. Washroom was decent-sized.
Cons:
1. Sink was not draining well. It took 5
minutes sometimes to completely drain. We informed staff but it wasn’t fixed while we were staying.
2. The room had a septic smell to it. Even when we opened the windows in the washroom and the balcony, it still smelled the same. After a while, you get used to the smell and don’t smell it anymore but everytime we enter the room, it is pretty strong.
3. There is no fridge or safe inside room. This is not a big deal for us but it might be for some.
4. The window in the washroom and bedroom do not have curtains. There is a cover for the door to the balcony but you can only close it all the way, or open it all the way. There is no in between. So if you want to open the balcony door (there is no other window in our room, just the door to the balcony), people from the next building will see you.
Not convenient for uber pickups or drop offs. Still had to walk about 5 minutes to get to uber stop.

Apartment is located right across the street from the Colosseum and between two restaurants. Contact person is very helpful and being able to drop off luggage before check-in time is a real plus! Room is small but has all necessary amenities.

Fantastycznie Location wise. If u want close to the colosseum this is the place to be. Room is clean and bigger than what I’ve expected. And it has a view of the colosseum. Staff is a 10. I forgot her name but she is super helpful. Very nice, she even arranged our transportation. Thank u so much! Will be back.

Laura was wonderful and prompt and completely helpful. She had the best tips for food and things to see. The location could not be beat and we had the most amazing view from our window. The room was exactly as depicted and described. Thank you!!!

Fantastycznie The property fit our needs perfectly. It’s a 1 bedroom like apartment/ hotel room ( no kitchen) with a very large bathroom. It was spotless and very comfortable. The air conditioning, WiFi and tv worked perfectly. He building is very secure. Laura, our host was wonderful and very accommodating. I would stay here again and again. Our vied was the Colosseum right outside our window. Very affordable also.

The location can’t be beat!!!! Right across the street from the Colosseum and a short walk to the Roman Forum! Lots of restaurants and shops nearby! What stood out for us was Laura, she was so helpful even before we arrived. She gave us so much information on sights to see. She was so friendly and we would definitely stay here again in hopes that Laura was still on staff!!!

This location was amazing. Across the street from the Colosseum so great views without the crowds. Laura was so helpful with directions to the building from the metro station and to all the top spots to see. Great restaurant suggestions too. Will definitely stay here again

You can’t get a more ideal location. Being right across from the Colosseum and just down the street from the Forum and everything else… it is so perfect. Easily walkable to everything and there were tons of cute little restaurants and shops nearby, even a bunch of gluten-free restaurants if you need! Getting downtown was super easy with an Uber or hop on hop off… 1000% recommend this place! Laura was so helpful and awesome, she sent me a plethora of information about the area and things to do.
