The staff was extremely helpful with assisting with my luggage and opening doors. They also assisted in ordering taxis for me. Staff were well dressed and spoke good English, communication is key. The room is faultless. It was cleaned perfectly with symmetrical precision. Highly recommend staying here as it’s within 5 minute walk to KLCC and next to an LRT station for easy travel.

Nice upon entry, really well catered and nice breakfast. I felt the bed was too hard but that’s a preference and the traffic noise through the night didn’t give me a decent sleep
