Staff were great, they processed the check-in quickly and without fuss. They were very accommodating and could speak English well enough to help us with our questions. it's a great hotel in a great location. The restaurant only serves breakfast and lunch, but there are many food options around. The bathrooms were modern and clean, there was free tea and coffee. The cons were the beds, a little too hard. There are only 2 elevators and they stop at level 2 no matter what.

A very nice hotel and extremely good value for money (£ 55.00 per night for a single room occupancy). Clean and well maintained, free coffee available in the lobby. The only downside is the room size. It is small!

Stayed one night with my college son while touring Japan. Good location near Nagoya station. Had no problem finding restaurants nearby. Breakfast was good enough to get you going for the day.

Hotel was quiet and clean. Staff at front spoke English so it was easy to communicate with them. I would stay here again.
