Clean room, friendly staff. The bus shuttle to the airport made it very convenient. Close to super market for quick dinner.

Everything well kept! They provide pijamas and tooth brush etc etc really convenient. Wish they would have staff that speak English! Also the shuttle to take you to the airport is convenient if you are flying out in the am but you have to wake up early and be ready with luggage at the lobby for them to give you a ticket to take you to the airport.. The only thing I personally didn’t like was the shuttle does not pick you up from the airport. Even though it tells you it does.

The place was really clean. It’s in a good spot and not far from the train station. However, the staff need to work on their politeness. They weren’t very friendly at all.

We had an enjoyable stay. The room was a little larger than expected, and very conveniently located to shopping, train station, restaurants and convenience stores. Nice amenities like room slippers and pajamas, loaner wheelchairs and breakfast. Our room was showing it’s age like wallpaper peeling at the seems, old carpet and pink mold in the grout.

The room was spacious for 5 guests. The problem was that there was no vent in the bathroom. There was mold on the wall paper in the bathroom. The room smelled like wet carpet. Since the bath tub and shower was enclosed a proper vent would have helped or a heating element.

Stayed for 13 days. Cute little town. We really enjoyed our stay. Located in quiet residential neighborhood. 5 minute walk from JR, all variety of restaurants and shops near JR station even a puffer fish restaurant. The best Ramen shops (Panda) and (Homemade Ramen Muginae)limit 100 bowls a day, right across the street. Every morning seeing people waiting lining up for the shops to open. Hotel staffs are really helpful and professional. Airport shuttle is a plus. Definitely five stars.
