The staff were welcoming, evening menu was uncomplicated and simply delicious, breakfast was cooked to order and annoying off menu asks were accommodated with the impression nothing was too much trouble - staying at the Craighaar Hotel was a lovely experience

Rooms were neat. Had all amenities. Calm place and beautiful view. Food was amazing ss well and was satisfied overall.

Room was small but with a good bathroom, perfectly comfortable. Decor dated but room was clean. Lovely bar area with a variety of seating. Well stocked with friendly staff. You certainly wont be cold, a fire on in the bar and heating on within the rooms and corridors. Perfectly located for the airport and P&J live arena. There is a restaurant on site that we didn't get to try. Menu looked good. Really enjoyed our stay

It was OK! Staff are nice and friendly. Breakfast was poor in cooking and quality, beds are old and uncomfortable with springs digging in to your back when laying on your side. My TV didnt work properly but my colleagues did.

Room decor was rather dated not been refurbished for a while we stayed in a gallery suite at far end of building heating was adrquate in room but not on our corridor link ootside the room as no heating at this end although there are in all other sections of hotel tv s also issus smart tvs that dont connect to internet had to use tablets and phones wont rush back
