Great location with offered boat excursion which was amazing. They also offer bikes to stroll around, free wine and beer 4-5 pm. We loved the decor and service.

Pobyt z dziećmi

Perfectly fine. Very well located, very helpful staff. Lack of resource let the stay down. Specifically: - At breakfast by 9am there’s a queue for a table and it’s one in one out. We waited 5-10 mins every day for a table around this time - Check in supposed to be 3pm. We arrived at 14.45. The room wasn’t ready. We returned 3.30pm, the room wasn’t ready. Returned again 4.15pm, the room wasn’t ready. The staff were nice about it and gave 3 free drinks at the bar that we didn’t end up using but really there should be better resources for a 5* hotel to avoid these situations

Well located and very quiet and comfortable hotel. Having a restaurant and bar as part of the facility was partly why we chose the hotel. Staff very professional and friendly. We would stay here again if we visit Amsterdam again.

Pobyt z partnerem

Great location. 5 min walk to the main train station, which is a common meeting point for some excursions (canal ride, some walking tours, Dutch windmill). Lots of restaurrants and shopping nearby. Hotel is very nice. Zero complaints. Nice lounge areas, restaurants inside. Very chic rooms. Will stay again.
