Fantastycznie A beautiful boutique hotel in an excellent location with excellent service, lovely breakfast and proximity to shops, cafes, restaurants, transport and sights.
We stayed in a Deluxe Room with Terrace and were very comfortable.

Fantastycznie Perfectly located. You can go in a different direction everyday and never be bored. Plenty of bistros, restaurants and markets close by. The balcony of the executive room is huge for Paris. If you love to chill outside after a long day this is the balcony you want. Will book this hotel for sure if/when I go back to Paris.

Loved every second of my stay in 460 - after travelling for a month I slept like I was home. A perfect end to my European vacation - big thanks to the whole team!!

Great location in a nice little neighborhood close to two subway lines, walking distance to Monmartre, the Opera and more but tucked away just off the major streets. Hotel was clean, staff were helpful and no issues with any of the amenities. Our room had a terrace with a view of the rooftops around the neighborhood. Weekday mornings we’d see families walking their kids to school. It felt like we were immersed in the daily routines of the local Parisian.

Alfredo was fantastic during our stay and went above and beyond for us.
My wife became very sick during our trip after catching a stomach bug and needed urgent medical attention. Alfredo stepped in right away and helped us through a very stressful situation. Not only did he help us find and get connected to a hospital, but he also made sure we chose one that wouldn’t be overly expensive. Since we do not speak French, he even helped us try to call an ambulance and made the whole process feel much less overwhelming.
His kindness, patience, and genuine care meant a lot to us. You can tell he really cares about the guests and wants to help however he can. In a moment where we felt anxious and far from home, Alfredo made us feel supported and taken care of.
We are incredibly grateful for his help and will always remember how much he did for us. Thank you, Alfredo and Hotel R!
