Location is central but the hotel is surely not 3 star.

Storage of luggage unguarded, rooms really need an upgrade, decor seemed patched up, various screws on wall show previous things installed but not patched, jacuzzi bath had better days, broken toilet seat.
Thankfully it was 1 night stopover

Room was clean and comfortable. This hotel was within walking distance to Notre Dame. It was right in the city close to many options for food and shopping. Our adult son was with us so we chose a "Triple Room" which allowed us all to stay together.

The property pictures must have been taken over 10 years ago and do not represent actual condition of hotel.
This hotel needs a complete remodel. Carpets are worn and dirty. Walls need painting. Furniture needs to be either replaced or refinished. And bathrooms were disgusting , broken tile, mold around tub. Broken hair dyer and outlets that did not work.
Now location of property is great. Nice neighborhood with shops and many restaurants. Walking distance from all major tourist attractions .

The staff and location were great.
Property had a little too much charm for me. Room had no Wi-Fi or internet so speak of.

Great stay at the Tonic Hotel. Staff were brilliant and so friendly. Great location.
We did have rubbish under the bed when we arrived in the room but beds were comfortable and loved the ceiling
