The location was great on the strip. Check in was not working properly so could not use the kiosk and had to wait in line to check in with an agent. We were double charged for parking because the key card did not work to exit the parking garage so we had to pay again upon exit.

Great hotel. The view from the room was awesome, fast housekeeping services. The bathroom was beautiful with a large soaker tub. I personally would’ve preferred a double sink in the bathroom but we made it work. I loved that the toilet was in a private room inside the bathroom and the shower was a good size. The casino was nice and full of people but not overcrowded. He miracle shops mall is a nice place to shop on the strip and we seen a couple shows there as well. I would definitely recommend

Well they only had 2 elevators on the North side working on July 4th weekend and no one cleaned our room or picked up the garbage for our entire 5 night stay but other than that it was a good experience with the room overlooking the fountains at the Bellagio.
