Our stay went well, though there were some things to be aware of when traveling. Our room was advertised as having a shower, when in reality it had a bathtub with a wand. No way to hold the wand up for a shower, or anything (glass) to stop the wand water from getting all over the floor. This was a little challenging with tweens/teens. Also, there were not many outlets, and none near the bed for charging your devices at night. Again, not a problem, but inconvenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel definitely had charm as a small boutique type space. The mattresses were a little hard, but the rooms were clean and well maintained.

We just spent four wonderful nights at this hotel in Paris, and it was truly the perfect choice for our trip. The location couldn’t be better, just steps from the Champs-Élysées, yet tucked away enough to feel calm and charming. There’s even a fantastic bakery right on the corner, where we got our daily croissants and coffees. Our room was surprisingly spacious for Paris and beautifully laid out. We loved the small balcony, and the thoughtful design, with a separate toilet, a hallway leading to a closed bedroom, a small closet, and a mini fridge… it made it feel comfortable and functional. The bathroom looked newly renovated, with a towel heater and luxurious Clarins products. Everything was spotless and tastefully decorated. We happened to visit during a heat wave, and the air conditioning worked perfectly! The room stayed cool and comfortable the entire time. The hotel itself is intimate and very charming, with a small, unpretentious lobby that feels welcoming. The staff truly made our stay exceptional, always kind, helpful, and attentive. They gave great restaurant recommendations and helped us easily arrange taxis and restaurant reservations. We were a group of friends occupying six rooms, and every single one of us agreed: this hotel was absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable, and ideally located boutique stay in Paris!

AC does not keep room cool especially if temperature outside is above 80F. Do not stay here if you need a cool room.

What ever happened to customer service? There was an issue with our reservation and the man who was at the front desk was so rude and so disrespectful that he actually yelled at my wife and I on two separate occasions. This ruined our stay and will never go back to that place, even though the rest of the staff was really nice. If you stay here, beware of the rudest “hospitality” employee of this hotel.

This hotel is a charming boutique property. It has lovely leopard print spiral stairs and a small vintage elevator that adds to its charm. The room was spacious and coffee pods and water bottles replenished each day. The bed was very comfortable and cozy. We were greeted warmly by staff and had interactions with Shannon, Danny, and Leon - they were all cordial and helpful. The location was perfect and we walked everywhere. We highly recommend!

What a wonderful property in a FANTASTIC location in Paris! The staff were so friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean and the coffee shop onsite was adorable! 10/10 recommend!
