This was our second stay at the hotel. The location is perfect a short walk away from the blue mosque and easy access to trams, ferry, the breakfast was okay. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable of the area, clean rooms with air conditioning. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Spotless, quiet, and amazing hospitality at Erguvan Hotel! Erguvan Hotel is a wonderful place to stay in Istanbul. It is incredibly close to the Blue Mosque, but stays beautifully quiet and peaceful inside. The rooms and facilities are exceptionally clean and comfortable. The highlight of the stay was the fantastic staff—they are so kind, helpful, and take great care of their guests. I highly recommend it

Bonsoir, l hôtel est a côté de ka mosquée bleu et des restaurants et aussi bien aimer le tram et aussi marcher beaucoup et aussi tu monte et tu redescendre faite attention si vous êtes un femme seuil beaucoup de gars vient vous abordé...

Very well maintained hotel situated in the heart of downtown Istanbul. Very close (actually walkable) distance to Blue Mosque, Ayasofya and Topkapi pallace. Lots of eating options nearby and amazing staff at recent office. Definitely recommend this hotel.

I booked two (2) rooms. The shower in one of the rooms had mildew all over the tiles. The AC in the other room did not work. Initially the front desk said they could not switch me to another room though it was empty, but when I said that without AC I would only pay for one of the rooms. Then they switched me. The floors were dirty in both rooms and left black stuff on our feet. The breakfast was ok. There was a minimal "sea view" from a window from our rooms. Airport shuttle service was expensive (55 Euro one way) given the old van they sent to pick us up and drop us off. Lastly, the 10 Euros towards an excursion that was part of the booking deal was useless. The hotel prices were twice the amount that I could get on apps like Get Your Guide and HeadOut. I would not book this hotel again.

The staff were very helpful and overall the rooms were clean. The biggest issue is that the details on Expedia say that there is a bar and a restaurant to have dinner and from a photo it looks like there is an open roof Terrace. There isn’t, there is no bar and you can’t have dinner there. The breakfast is extremely basic and although the breakfast is upstairs in which could be classified a roof Terrace but it is all enclosed with glass. That said for the price the room was okay and the location is excellent. I hope that the details on Expedia will be corrected as we chose the hotel because of it detailing it had a bar and a restaurant and an open roof Terrace.
