Great location near the train station. Free bikes. Amazing Breakfast. Lovely staff. Clean rooms. Great shopping and an easy walk to the harbor to pick up the boats to Cinque Terre.

We were there for just one night, but I really liked how hotel. It was clean, the staff was nice, we got there before check in time and they still gave us our room. The breakfast was included in the price and it was fabulous. Not just your typical continental breakfast. I loved that it was a couple of minutes from the train station. Very convenient. The only thing I did not like is that the shower was fixed to the wall and I like the removable ones. Other than that, the hotel was awesome. I would definitely go back again.

We were in the upgraded portion of the hotel that had been changed to key cards from regular keys, but the air conditioning unit was very old and barely produced cold air. It was sweltering in the room so we wound up sleeping with the windows open at night, which cooked down the apartment. Spacious bathroom, lukewarm shower water but it was refreshing because the room was so hot! We picked this hotel for it's proximity to the train station and laundromat and free luggage storage and it was a great location. Just try not to spend a lot of time in the hotel!

Every thing was just ok. Rooms are small and elevator is really small hot water was very limited. The staff was very helpful as my husband forgot his phone and the staff were very helpful to get it delivered to us while we were in Rome

We were only at the hotel for a short time, but the room was spacious and beautiful. I think it must’ve been a newer portion of the hotel. They had live music in the bar and it was just an overall great vibe.

Room was small, a larger person wouldn’t be able to maneuver in the shower as it was very, very small. Staff were friendly and helpful most spoke English.
