Nice hotel with easy access to the metro and wonderful restaurants. Nice that the rooms were air conditioned. Room was small but that is what we expected. Staff were friendly. Negatives were that both the shampoo/body wash and hand soap were empty when we arrived. The shower had a bad smell coming from the drain for most of the days we were there. I would recommend if you want a hotel outside of the city centre.

Hotel was very nice, it served its purpose that was to be kind of close to Roland Garros stadium. Staff was really really nice and friendly, room was clean and things were as they supposed to be. Train station 2 mins walking, it was a very practical place. Recommended.

This was a good basic hotel for a short stay. The location was very convenient for metro access, and the front desk staff were friendly and polite. The room was compact, as expected in Paris, though luggage storage was a challenge even with only three of us in a room that technically sleeps four. The bathroom setup was also quite tight, especially the separate toilet room, but the shower worked very well. The elevator was very small, which is worth noting for anyone traveling with larger bags. Overall, it was a convenient, no-frills hotel that worked well as a place to sleep while exploring Paris and being close to family in the area.

Checkin was smooth, as I was a bit early I was served tea while I waited in the lobby. Clean room, comfortable bed, A/C worked fine. Tea/coffee and kettle was a welcome addition. WiFi works well. Quiet location so very little traffic noise. The safety deposit box in my room was faulty, and a bit of my time was wasted while staff tried to fix it, ultimately I was informed that there was no spare available, so instead I can leave my valuables with reception staff, which I was not comfortable with. The shower area is congested so heavily built people will struggle to get a decent shower. The walls are quite thin so I was able to hear my next door neighbours. The breakfast buffet is not sufficient/good value for vegetarians. Overall the hotel does the job for a couple of days' stay if you plan to only sleep there.

The staff was so kind and helpful

Very clean property with excellent housekeeping, as room service was offered every day. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The only downside was that the suite did not include an oven, fridge, or iron. Adding these amenities would greatly improve the guest experience and make the stay even more comfortable.

This hotel may be a little far from Paris city centre but the quality of this hotel is worth it. Room is small but bed is comfortable and bathroom is fine. For thee shower stall you need to step up into it but very clean. The breakfast was very nice. Jonathon and Aurelia at the front desk were very friendly.

The was small and clean. there is no fridge
