The room itself was spacious and comfortable. The receptionist was very helpful. The location in the city centre was very convenient, but there was a fair bit of noise overnight (traffic as well as people moving their suitcases in the early hours), so keep that in mind if you're a light sleeper. My main complaint was that the temperature setting of the fridge/freezer wasn't cold enough when we arrived, so the freezer thawed out overnight and we had to throw out some food. There was also no kitchen sink and very limited space/supplies for washing dishes.

Good Parking, nice big rooms however the shower was low pressure and tap was difficult to control temperature.

Fan in 2nd bedroom rattled and we did not use it. Shower door missing and poorly hung shower curtain messy. No luggage racks upstairs or downstairs or any benches for bags. Only a two seater sofa in front of the TV when it is a family apartment for 6 people. Secure parking on site but well away from this unit 2, which is right on the street and we had disturbance in the early hours from drunks on the footpath outside probably when the close by tavern closed. Not our best experience, but the pool was great for the kids and the tavern food good.
