Excellent location within 10 minutes walking distance to Ancient town and An Hoi islet. Reception staff (shout out to Irene) were very helpful in organising airport pickup and things to do in Hoi An. Peak of summer (June end) so hanging around the hotel pool (good pool) was the best option during the day. Breakfast buffet had a decent choice of options. Rooms were well appointed with tasteful decor. A bit on the expensive side, obviously catering for foreign tourists of which there were many. The only (minor) downside was the air conditioning which struggled a bit, but that may be because it's the height of summer and we had a top floor room (1519). Room was otherwise comfortable and quiet. Altogether it was a good stay and I'd highly recommend it. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for 7 nights. It is the perfect, literally perfect, location if you want to explore Hoi An outside of a car. The first couple days we went on foot, and then we started borrowing the bicycles. That was a game changer. Two adults cycling, with two children stuck on the back of the bikes, and they loved the bikes more than we did. On a bicycle, everything is accessible in minutes. We no longer used a Grab except to get to the Shore Club (their beachside partner). The breakfasts are great. Their morning omelettes are phenomenal. The service is top notch and makes a huge difference. We love their staff. Every one of them is so accommodating. The kids club that was advertised is non-existent (well, it's there, but it's under perpetual repair, and I wouldn't actually call it a kids club). There is a kid's pool, which is attached to the main pool. The main pool is awesome and is fully shaded from 3:00 p.m. onward. The spa on site is nice. I wouldn't say it's top notch, but it is nice. We had two massages here.... You get a 25% discount as a hotel guest. The gym is tired, but it's functional. We used it everyday. The stand out: the staff, the location, happy hour from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m., the free bicycle use, and the breakfast. Actually, we used their laundry service twice and were impressed both times. I would add laundry to the standout list :-)

Wow!!! We absolutely love this Hotel! An oasis in the heart of Hoi An and just a short stroll to Old Town. Thank you sooo much to everyone of your wonderful staff, from the staff who collected our bags fro the taxi, to receptionists, restaurant, pool, gym and everyone...every one of you greeted us warmly and made us feel so special...we love you all! The breakfast was out of this world..we loved the authentic local and western cuisine and the ambiance was awesome! We are definitely coming here again!

Highly recommended. Staff were very attentive. I was particularly impressed by its location and atmosphere-yellow room inspired by Hoian’s old quarter.

Fantastic service, fantastic amenities, really friendly team, great breakfast, excellent spa and massage, we chose to say here again for the second year in a row, really reasonable room rates, we love it at Hoi An central boutique hotel thanks so much to all the staff!
