We reserved a bungalow and ended up requesting a room change due to rodant droppings on our bed after our first night. Once we were transferred to another room the hot water was not functioning and had to wait until the morning for maintenance to replace. The pool and the jacuzzi were not clean and we choose not to get in. We stayed a total of 8 days and 7 nights and did enjoy a cool room because the a/c functioned excellent. The housekeeping was also exceptional cleaning our room on a daily basis and made sure to restock what was needed except for one day but we managed. Our overall experience was good only things we would request would be a clean and inviting pool, better smelling rooms and a gate sensor to park car in garage without having to wait and get off to get someone’s attention to open gate.

This hotel was awesome! We basically had a two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, a full kitchen, laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a good size living room. The balcony wrapped around the whole outside and had chairs and tables. There was also a hammock that could be put up. The property was secure and required a code to enter.
The hotel staff were great. They were friendly and knowledgeable. They were helpful with places to go and would give you a map so that they would be easy to find.
We would definitely stay here again.

This is my second year in a row staying here and I can't say enough good things. We stayed in the Garden Suite Bungalow which was clean, spacious, and wonderful. The pool was always well maintained and they were always cleaning to keep things looking great.
Staff was wonderful once again. The housekeeping kept making us these cute towel animals that just felt like such a nice touch. Right off of 5th avenue, everything you need is walking distance. I love it there and can't wait to book with them again!

The place is nice and you definitely get what you pay for. Rooms were well air conditioned and staff was extremely friendly / helpful. A lot of restaurants and shops were in walking distance. Be mindful that they don’t offer breakfast here, but everything else like the pool and hot tub were great!

Excelente lugar, para familias, la cocina completa, el área de lavado también, lo que ayuda a viajar lijero, ya que ahí mismo puedes lavar tu ropa, si vaz con gastos limitados también, puedes hacer despensa y cocinar el desayuno y cena en la suite, buen estacionamientos, estuve en junio los precios fueron excelentes 3 adultos 2 niños. pegado a la quinta avenida y a mitad de el camino de todos los parques turísticos y a unos metros de la playa, su alberca y jaccusi buenos

Me encanto el jardin y las plantas en toda la propiedad, se siente todo tan natural. Habia fauna local en el hotel lo cual le dio un plus extra. La alberca limpia al igual que el jacuzzi. Excelente ubicacion, justo a media cuadra de la 5ta avenida. Cuenta con estacionamiento seguro. El personal muy muy amable y la habitacion impecable. Sin duda volveria a hospedarme ahi.
