This hotel situated at the central part of Box Hill. It is a well maintained hotel with good facilities and services. My son and I stayed at a twin beds room which is spacious and comfortable. The shower is large and comfortable. The room is very clean and modern. Overall it is a nice stay. The staff are all helpful and professional.

Close to train and tram, plenty of good food nearby from cheap to expensive. Lovely roof deck with pool.

The property has a lots of positives but if you've got mobility issues it's probably not the best choice. They're unable to guarantee a parking spot so its a gamble about whether you can get one or not. Lucky enough to secure one of the few disabled spots but the closest lift had 4 stairs up and 4 down to the lift. Luckily my Mum has a walker and not wheelchair as not sure how would've managed otherwise. But overall the signage was poor and no real direction from staff. Would look for other options if have mobility issues - disappointing hotel not to consider these things.

This is a good quality modern hotel ecntral;ly located in Box Hill. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. We were a bit disappointed that parking was not included (an additional $24).
