The Schiller was centrally located, clean , and had a helpful staff

Free drink every day if you don’t need the room cleaning

Brilliant location, great breakfast and clean and modern room with great air-con. Perfect spot to explore the city.

Excelente location, very clean and the staff super helpful

Great size rooms, friendly staff and very central for exploring. Would definitely recommend.

Great location! It’s within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, making it a great base for exploring Amsterdam. We stayed during the European heat wave, so some of the issues were likely made worse by the extreme weather. We booked two rooms. The fourth-floor room was comfortable, but the first two nights were very noisy because of the FIFA celebrations in the square, and the older windows provided very little sound insulation. The top-floor room became extremely hot at night, and its bathroom had a noticeable sewer odor. The fourth-floor bathroom didn’t have the same odor, but the ventilation could be be improved. The staff were friendly and responsive. They listened to our concerns and kindly offered complimentary drink vouchers, which we appreciated. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The location and service were excellent, but some updates to the windows, ventilation, and top-floor rooms would make the experience even better.

We liked everything about the hotel: location, cleanliness, breakfast, service.

Our junior suite was large; however there was no drawer space and minimal hanging space. The bathroom was large but had little work space for toiletries. The suite could have been much better equipped for a small cost.

old style hotel, my room was nice and clean.

The hotel is in a great location ... right on the Rembrandt Plaza. An easy walk to anywhere in central Amsterdam. We will be staying at NH Schiller the next time we visit.
