The staff was extremely helpful when I needed a specific retailer. He even printed me a map. The view from my room was simply incredible. I loved sitting on my balcony and soaking it in.

Other reviews are not wrong that the carpet in the Halls are stained, but the rooms are clean and spacious. It is in a nice quiet spot of the beach so you can enjoy everything about the beach without the noise. I would and am planning on staying here again. I would recommend paying extra for ocean view as the city view is not exciting at all, although it is nice to have a balcony to drink coffee on. A taxi to and from the airport is only $12-$18 depending on traffic and busses run in this area regularly. Housekeeping works hard. The rooms don't have carpet so housekeeping has to clean up every smudge on the floor. There are cosmetic blemishes, which you can expect from the age of the hotel. The complaint that there is no outlet by the bed is wrong. Pull the bed forward and there is an outlet. I enjoyed the deep soak tub. Lots of good restaurants nearby.

Right across is the beach. The carpets in the hall had seen better days. (Please rip out or get new ones!) Decent enough place, beds not that great, but liked the location.

Nice stay. The hotel is in the same building as another hotel so make sure you don’t get confused with the other and checkin at the wrong hotel (guilty). Aimi has some rooms that can net you a gorgeous looking view dependent on what type of room you get. The ocean view is the best by far!

There should be an improvement on customer service. We were provided 4 small towels instead of regular size ones. As there were two of us, there were only two pillows and we had to pay 10,000 KW for two more pillows.

This hotel has completely given up. I suspect they are getting ready to tear it down sometime in the future, and so they are just letting it go. The hallway is filthy - see picture. Our room was an "ocean view senior suite" but really all we had was a concrete wall to a shared outdoor space that had no seating or anything. We had reserved the room for a party of 6, and the listing said there were three futons. The futons were extremely thin and the futon sheets had some weird stains. The wall had stains (coffee, we hope) that weren't washed off. The curtains were stained also and we just tried not to look. When we asked the front desk for additional futon mattresses to help with padding, they said none were available. The table only had 4 chairs which made it hard to play cards or dine at the table. When we asked the front desk with help arranging an early morning taxi to the airport, we got shrugs and a maybe. Well, we can't miss the flight so we ended up leaving a night early and getting a hotel by the airport. They did not refund the night, so we ended up paying for 2 hotel rooms that night. The only positive is the location - a 5 minute walk to Hamdeok Beach.

The rooms are rundown. Not maintained. Floor sticky. Kettle not working. Basically I will never book this hotel again
