The room was clean, but the first three on the third floor smelled like ashtray until they moved me to the fourth floor. The hotel staff was very accommodating & kept apologizing . It is not staff’s fault : the hotel is old & outdated . I never stayed in a Holiday Inn hotel in the USA that is so expensive & so dingy.

Poor amenities - gym was very small, although they arranged sauna for us (which is only available when they don't have a conference!). Breakfast didn't have many vegetarian and vegan options - although staff were helpful in explaining the allergens. Location also not great for tourists.

AURIMAS was the best check in person I’ve ever had! He was so friendly and informative - I arrived after a delay in my flight, close to midnight, and his positive attitude made all that trouble go away! Best part of my stay! That being said I didn’t find the bar person on the second night I was there friendly at all, and there was a weird yellow stain in my room that looked like vomit….
