I stayed in this hotel some years ago and I was impressed by how well maintained and clean it is. For some reason, I had house keeping coming to the room waking me up at 8.30 am then 9.40 am (checkout time is 11 am) even though I had the do not disturb light on. Apart from that, all else was great.

Was great stay at this hotel. Great amenities, a nice view and close to Downtown.
I wish the Terrace was available for hotel guests. Pity that i couldnt appreciate the view properly. The terrace wasn't accessible, as it is owned by a restaurant, not part of the hotel?

The standout was the woman working at reception when we arrived. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely made us feel looked after from the moment we walked in. She’s a real credit to the company and the kind of staff member who leaves a lasting impression. Small interactions like that really make a stay memorable. Thank you again!

Great location and great views of the stadium from my room. Bed was comfortable, large TV, large shower. But the room was so cold, the duvet super thin, and the heat pump didn't seem to make a difference. No spare blanket in the cupboards. I was having a night in and looked forward to watching sport + a movie but didn't check - no Sky Sports or Movies.
