The location is great and the accommodations very comfortable. We stayed on the top floor, and found the stairs to be a bit much, especially with luggage. We would definitely stay again, but not on the top floor. The breakfast is excellent, and the pool and surrounding area very pleasant. The staff was helpful, and the place in general is great. Parking is a challenge all over Sant Elm, as it was at Don Comilo. The AC was great. We would have perished without it!

The airport shuttle was the draw for us and that was very convenient. Nice comfortable and clean room. The service at the restaurant was a bit slow but other than that, we had a good stay.

I am really furious. By mistake I reserved the wrong date and the hotel didn’t want to give me my money back. I will never stay there.

Room was as expected - reasonably clean ands serviceable. Had alot of trouble finding the correct location for shuttle bus pickup and wound up stuck at the airport for almost an hour and a half because of difficult directions from the front desk staff.
