The hotel is excellent for the price. The rooms are spacious, the free breakfast is grand it's a pity the hot food isn't 'hotter'

The room was clean and and very comfortable for my short stay. I was glad to have air conditioning. The staff was friendly and one was especially helpful in loaning me a charger when my phone died.

The hotel is in a wonderful location to visit the Krakow old town. We all enjoyed the ezcellent offerings at the breakfast bar. Our only complaint is that it took a while foe the hotel to move us to a room with working AC.

Pobyt z dziećmi

No wash cloth/handtowels, no microwave and small fridge. We traveled with kids, we need a bit more counter space inside the bathroom. I'm also a work traveler, the work table space was too small.

Pobyt w pojedynkę

Room was very clean, staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately I didn’t catch the ladies name at reception on 03/06/2026 in the afternoon but she really went above and beyond and was super helpful and caring, especially with the wi-fi. Really recommend this hotel for solo travellers as it’s very safe and everyone is helpful and friendly. Location is walking distance to everything (30ish mins) and there are tram and bus stops right outside.
