Definitely the best Resort in Pattaya. Impressive pool complex, Beautiful rooms, 5 star restaurants, Amazing Staff. I can truly recommend it!

The property itself was nice, and I liked the layout of the room. Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by several issues. The shower had black mold throughout. I took photos, showed them to the staff, and requested that someone follow up, but they didn’t seem very concerned, and as of writing this review, no one has followed up. At check-in, the staff appeared to be overworked. They promised a few things but never followed through. Our room also didn’t have any towels, and I had to call twice before we finally received a full set. Considering the price we paid and the number of issues we experienced, I don’t feel the stay was worth the cost.
