Fantastic hotel. The staff were beyond welcoming and the location was in the heart of the town. I spent many hours analyzing our choices in the city and settled on this. The hotel had a very nice boutique vibe - wish we had more time to enjoy. If we are back in Zurich this will be our one & only choice.

Staff amazing, and one of the best bars I’ve ever visited. Amazing selection of whiskey, I think they said 650 different bottles!

The location was great. Apartment was nice. However we had a staff member enter the apartment while my elderly Mom was sleeping. He was trying to remove treats that were left for us, apparently accidentally. Was strange!
