It’s a nice hotel for me in a bad location when I arrive somewhere new i enjoy walking around this hotel is the wrong side of a very busy 6 lane highway without convenient crossings. Weekday breakfast was limited and the coffee machine would short its fuse everytime it is a small thing but became annoying after 1st day.

The staff were absolutely horrendous on arrival. I know arrival times are most hotels. Check-in is 2 PM but not only did these guys hold that they tried to charge you extra if you wanted to check in earlier even though the rooms are ready. There was about 50 or 60 other people in the lobby waiting until 2 PM and they were trying to charge everyone 50 or $100 to check in Even as late 30 minutes before. Absolute disgraceful and a definite price go for no reason. There are no services offered other than breakfast even you’re welcome. Drink is do it yourself. There is no feeling or harmony to this building whatsoever even though it is fantastic

Great view from the room, good style, excellent decor. The bedroom air condition had problems that maintenance fixed, so the room was cool but the air conditioning became noisy which made sleeping a problem. The shower door also was coming off the hinges. The hotel was told but didn't fix it during our stay. Perhaps covid 19 had something to do with it
