No Laundry, when we asked the staff for help they didn’t even know where to get laundry done and told us to google. The tv in the room was broken, couldn’t screen share so had to watch Japanese tv which wasn’t amazing. They also don’t do any luggage forwarding so don’t expect help with that they said to google it….. unlike other APA hotels this is probably the worst one to book.

Room was clean & staff was very polite. Only one negative thing was just bathroom. Door was so close to toilet so it was very tight even we were petite size.

Very cozy room and very comfortable. More space than I expected! Easy to find. I was only there one night so I didn't get to try the food, but it looked delicious

I was having WiFi issues with my room on the 6th floor. It was extremely slow but other than that it was just a minor issue to what was a fun experience in Akihabara!
