We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were outstanding. I highly recommend.

You can do better for the same money. We were three guests, one of us was supposed to sleep in a bed-couch. They didn’t maje the bed. We called them and they said they couldn’t make the bed but they would give us the sheets. Why didn’t they put the sheets from the beginning? Who knows. The mattress from the couch was just impossible. We had to put pillows in order to sleep because it was painful. Breakfast is bad. The air conditioner is impossible and noisy.

Nice clean rooms. Breakfast had a variety of items to choose from. AYA and another lady at the front desk (short hair) were very helpful and professional. The elevator is fast. The lobby area is clean and a nice place to sit and watch TV and eat. I loved the free laundry. It's so helpful while traveling with family. The only issue we had was when we turned on the faucet and shower, there was brown water. After a few minutes, it went away. It only happened the first time we used it. The beds are very comfortable. The location was perfect!! I definitely will stay here again if we travel to NYC.

My family of 5 had an amazing stay here. We booked a suite, which had a kitchen- loved it. The suite was clean for the most part. Since we were a party of 5, we used the pull out sofa. Once we open it, it wasn’t clean under it. However, housekeeping came in and did a great job in vacuuming and picking up the trash under it. Also, we asked for extra padding and comforter for the sofa bed since one can feel the cross bars when you lay on it. Again, service was quick to address it and fixed the problem. Front desk, can’t say enough. They were professional, pleasant, and informative. Would most definitely stay here again. P.S. We used the free laundry services. Can you believe that. We took home clean clothes! Breakfast was good and held us up until lunch. I particularly liked the oatmeal and their coffee machine! Take your spill proof coffee container. This way no need to buy coffee when out and about. It’s that good.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean and conveniently located in the heart of the Financial District, making it easy to get around and enjoy the city. The breakfast was very good. But above all, the staff was the best part of our experience. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, welcoming, and always willing to help. Their kindness truly made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.
