Check in was slow and breakfast was poor with no warm milk for oats. The pool area had overflowing bins and trash around the poolside. Kitchen area was dated. Rooms were clean and beds comfy.

Great property and great staff

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. I booked two non-smoking rooms, but both reeked of cigarette smoke. The smell was so strong that it was impossible to sleep, especially since I was traveling with children who have asthma. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel that claims to offer non-smoking rooms. On top of that, the beds and bathrooms were dirty. The rooms clearly had not been cleaned properly before our arrival. I reported the issue and asked to be moved to different rooms, but I was told there were no other rooms available. The hotel also advertised that breakfast was included, but that was not true, which was very misleading. We ended up leaving the hotel and booking another one because the conditions were unacceptable. A hotel that charges guests for smoking violations should never hand over rooms that smell like smoke. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I would not recommend staying here.

Room was outdated and smelled of mildew we had to open the window and turn the AC all the way down. Multiple rusty and broken down areas. People were smoking marijuana throughout the property and at the pool, there was a party in the hallway at 2am. People at the desk didn't even look like staff, no uniform just a dirty Simpsons hoodie. Will never stay at any hotel of this chain again

Positive: room was clean, great location, friendly staff. Negative: Wi-fi never worked after multiple service attempts and front desk help, pool had cigarettes in it (that's more about awful guests, since I think they were TRYING to keep it clean), some musty odors in the bathroom, a few areas of disrepair but not unexpected for the price.

There was a bunch of tiny roaches in the room. And the room smells funny. Never will i stay at extended stay again.

The floors were filthy inside the room. My feet were black within an hour of checking in, was disappointed to find that the grill had been removed even though when I called, the person told me that the grills were still there. Not sure if this was an AI person, was definitely a pause at awkward moments and the person at the desk was nothing like the person answering. The day clerk was very friendly and helpful. There were very loud construction guys in the breakfast area just kinda hanging out and being obnoxious and VERY loud. Upon attempting to enjoy the pool the following day, there was a young guy and a youth passing a football over our heads in the pool so that was pretty annoying. Also, I might add that while in the pool, we noticed that there were several windows cardboarded up. Yes, you read that right, not boarded up but covered in cardboard. Lol

A decent standard hotel, with a well equipped room for a longer stay. The room was starting to show its age a little but it wasn't bad. The elevator was broken when we arrived, but it was fixed the next day. The person that checked us in was very helpful and polite. Another person working the morning shift was not very helpful. Overall for the price, I think it was a fair value. The location was great if you want to stay in the International drive area, and there are lots of options for food and entertainment within walking distance.

The only not good thing about my stay was that the elevator broke on the first night.And 3 days, we kept going up and down the stairs. The staff and the room were all good. Great location for family.
