NOT KID FRIENDLY AND TRUST THE BAD REVIEWS!!!
This is by the zoo so you'd think the hotel is kid friend but its not. The old lady in the front is extremely rude. The old lady sits in a back room so you have to ring a bell. When she comes out shes seems so annoyed that you are distrupting her. If she hates her job then find a new one no need to take it out on customers.
My infant threw up on the bed sheet and they charged me $150. Which is way more than my stay. Its ridiculous that the cheap bed sheets cost that much. When I went down to ask for new bed sheet she was interrogating me as to why I need new ones. She brought 1 flat sheet to me, stated she's going to charge me and slammed the door in my face. I never experienced anyone so rude!
If all the reviews are bad then trust them! Don't fall for the cheap stay its not worth it.

Świetnie The location was great for going to Stern Grove. The room had plenty of charging outlets, which i really appreciate not having to look for them and then unplug something just to charge my phone. I also appreciated the lighting options. Free parking is was the reason I booked it. Low amenities, but it worked well for me.

Dobrze Check in person always not friendly. Last few times have gotten the same room. Walls have many point chips could use free paint . Big stain over windows. A/c is going out . Furniture in need of repair chips dents and the chair is stained . The bathroom is nice enough but can tell was halfway cleaned mirror dirty, floor not clean in the corners and under vanity

Dobrze The room itself was nice but the building is completely run down and the staff were not nice. Barley spoke when we checked in just demanded we give our credit card and ID over. No customer service
