The units are well maintained and of a superior quality. The amenities are all well appointed, fully functional and clean.

Had a greatttt stay with my partner! The place was super clean and tidy, and I loved all the little extras like the toothbrushes with toothpaste, slippers, vanity pack, and other handy amenities. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming too. Will defffffinitely be coming back!😊

The property is incredibly clean, well-organized, and the hosts are exceptionally kind. When we asked for more coffee, they generously gave us an abundance, and they even treated our high school kids to hot cocoa! They also set up the sofa bed so neatly into a queen-size bed, allowing us to stay in total comfort.We were provided with plenty of towels, and they kept checking in to see if we needed anything else. Paihia has so many accommodation options, but this place offers the perfect combination of a reasonable price and top-tier condition. Highly recommended!

Great location, property has been renovated recently, plenty of parking spaces, easy walk to everything, best people managing it, the next door bar was quite noisey outside but couldn't hear a single sound inside the room. Insulation very good. Everything closed early in town so night time was very peaceful and safe too.

Fantastycznie Easy check in - taken and shown around the room and the guy made up the fold out couch for us. Clean & tidy. Good water pressure. Small kitchen to make breakfast. Nice and close to the centre of town. Good experience overall.

Everything was perfect. So super helpful, check in was easy & they stayed later for us as we couldn't make it prior to 5pm. Room was spacious and super clean. The shower is divine and the bed and pillows were the most comfortable I have ever slept on. Amazing in all areas, with so many little touches making it feel very opulent. Will be the first place I would stay again, highly recommend staying here. Thank you so much for having us and being super friendly.

Quiet and relaxing in a area within walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach.
Staff are very friendly and helpful.
We are frequent visitors to Paihia so will stay again next time we visit.
The only comment i would make is the TV reception wasn’t great and no SKY TV. But this hardly spoils your enjoyment.
