Staff was very helpful! Room was super modern and clean.

It is difficult to access with suitcases, and the body wash and shampoo bottles are small.

Nice to be right on the river and basically right in Ancient town. Unfortunately my room didn’t have much of a view. There was no daily room cleaning or additional water/tea. Breakfast was traditional.

Stuff was helpfull, Location great

The hotel is really nice, good location and quiet. The owner was extremely helpful and arranged the shows and excursions for us. We felt very spoiled.

The room was truly classic with modern comfort impeccably installed. The property is away from crowds but the places of interest are easily within reach. A wonderful stay for us!

The room was clean and the staffs were very helpful.

Excellent hotel, I highly recommend it without hesitation The location is unbeatable: it’s in a very quiet area, right next to a beautiful bridge that gives it a special charm, and on the riverbank. This makes it super convenient for grabbing a taxi or getting around quickly, whether on foot or by transport. The staff’s service is warm and welcoming from the very first moment; they really make you feel at home. The room is simply gorgeous: spacious, bright, very well-equipped (fridge, kettle, safe, good Wi-Fi, quiet air conditioning) and decorated with great taste and elegant details. The value for money is excellent; it’s honestly hard to beat in that area. The only small downside (and this is purely personal) is that I missed a more Western-style breakfast. I would return without a second thought. Totally recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐✨
(I give it 4.5/5 — the half point I deduct is just because of the breakfast I personally miss).

Best hotel of whole vacation. People great and room fantastic with great view and walkimg distance of the beautiful venue

Hotel location is on the river side and close the street road where taxi drop you off. It has very good amenities and good technology. Clean and comfy room. Staff very nice and polite, next day they ask you if want Chinese breakfast or just bread and coffee. And they cook fresh for you.
