Świetnie Amazing host and very responsive. Just need an improvement for the floor tiles as it almost detached to the floor and the molds on the ceiling.

The place was very good but the internet didn't work at all and i called and they tried to fix it but nothing for 2 weeks, that is the only reason it was not 5 stars.

DobrzePobyt w pojedynkę · Dla firm
I had a problem with the air conditioner in my unit no longer working (the on/off switch literally fell out of the front panel). I notified the front desk who said a maintenance person would come. However, they never did, despite me following up several times. I was sweating in my room. Poor customer service - disappointing!
