This hotel is not as advertised on Expedia in a couple of important ways. First, it is not at the location indicated on Google Maps, but is about 100m south at the location labeled as "The Elevate Hotel." Perhaps this is due to a recent consolidation? Maybe the old location was better, because the current place doesn't merit the positive reviews on Google. Second, while the Expedia description boasts a "top rated breakfast," the breakfast was nonexistent. Due to some problem with the restaurant here they couldn't serve breakfast (or any food), so instead they transported us by taxi to another hotel 5 minutes away for breakfast, which was very inconvenient. They did not inform us of this off-site breakfast arrangement at check-in time, even though we inquired about breakfast. The beds were also hard and uncomfortable. While this hotel was very affordable, I would book somewhere else next time.

It is not worth it. Broken lights, dirty bathrooms, multiple power outage in the middle of the night, dirty rooms.

Perfect airport hotel. Soft, clean bed sheets and towel, nice fresh breakfast. Not fancy- but perfect for a comfy overnight if heading back to airport which is a very short drive away. The exterior of hotel/street is not very inviting. However, once inside the staff is very welcoming/helpful/kind and everything works as it should. Nice hot shower, bottles of water, good lighting, firm mattress, quiet rest. I was super refreshed and ready for my flight, the fresh breakfast was a nice plus. Good value for money. There is no airport shuttle - uber is cheap and fast to get here.

SCAM – DO NOT BOOK. I paid for my room three months in advance, yet when I arrived, the hotel had given my confirmed booking (along with at least 12 other guests) to SpiceJet passengers whose flights were canceled because they have a “contract” with the airline. This is completely unacceptable mismanagement. How do you justify giving away prepaid rooms? At midnight, we were told we would be sent to another hotel 10 minutes away, we are two females. When I checked the reviews, photos, and pricing, it was clearly a below-par property with poor ratings, minimal amenities, and a price less than half of what I had paid. Some guests who went there returned saying it was not livable and nowhere near the standard or price they had booked. Gautam, the manager on duty, had no answers and simply stood there, while the owner refused to take calls. The police were called at 2 a.m., with a 7 a.m. flight to catch, Gautam promised in writing to refund 50% of the booking amount for the inconvenience. We reluctantly stayed at the alternate hotel, and the room was extremely disappointing. They wouldn’t even provide breakfast, so we had to return to the original hotel for it. When I filed a complaint through Expedia to receive the promised refund, it was declined twice, and the hotel stopped responding altogether. This was dishonest, stressful, and completely unprofessional. Avoid at all costs. Pathetic owner and manager, this hotel needs to shut down.

Everything was good except the bathroom. The hotel was okay overall, but for the price they charged, I expected a better experience.

Room was smelling

The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the hotel’s level of cleanliness was very unsatisfactory. There were cockroaches in the room, and when we moved the side table it was clear that cleaning was poor, with more dead cockroaches underneath. We understand that this is a 3-star hotel, but basic cleanliness should not depend on star rating. The staff kindly arranged for us to move to another hotel, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the cleanliness there was still not ideal and did not fully compensate for the unpleasant experience, although there were no cockroaches.
