No charm. Quite spartan. Only one chair. Carpets not clean. Found a pill on the floor next to a wall. Short of towels and washcloths. High price given conditions. Have used many other Premium Inns in Scotland and were all very satisfactory which is why we were disappointed with this one in Inverness.

The room was fine however the front of the property was covered in bird droppings. The entrance walkway was disgusting. The entrance carpet was filthy. The chairs and carpet in the dining room were covered in spilled food. The entree my wife ordered for dinner never came, even after repeated inquiries. We stayed in a river view room which was spoiled by the balcony being covered in bird droppings as well, we kept the curtains closed to avoid looking at it.

Central location. Scheduled power outage added undue stress. Staff had trouble finding our stored luggage on day 1

Onsite parking (with fee) was very convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast was a bit chaotic, out of a lot of food options and understaffed, but otherwise great stay.

There was a dead seagull / bird lying outside my room window. the room allotted to us was for diffently abled people.

The rooms were fine, but the rest of the hotel looked rough. They only gave out 1 key per room cause they were short on keys which was very inconvenient for our family. You can choose between keeping the lights on in the room and getting on the elevator but you could do both, which made it difficult to coordinate running errands. When i questioned the key situation the front desk person got really rude with me about it. This is the first time I have every seen something like this. The front walk into the building is covered in bird poop which wasn't nice to roll our bags through. The breakfast is a must skip. When we asked about dinner they had too table sat and the chef said that was all he could handle which is weird for a seating area of its size. The location was good, probably the only thing it jas going for it

Great location in Inverness. Beautiful views of the lighted castle from the hotel. So convenient to explore the Museum, Victoria Market, the Castle, and the Riverwalk. We had four families [and 7 children] in our group, so it was 2 minutes away from a laundromat and a grocery. Breakfasts were great. We appreciated the air-conditioning. One noticeable aspect is that they would do well to paint the peeling paint on the exterior. Recommend for comfort, breakfast and proximity.

This hotel is very convenient for the town centre and parking too but it's tired, in need of renovation, the mattress was toast.

There were only 8-10 parking spaces for over 300 rooms; had to pay to park in Tesco car park.

The hotel is in a nice location and reasonably modern. However, it is very poorly maintained with dirty, threadbare carpets in common space. The river side entrance is dirty with badly soiled carpet, weeds, dirty glass, and bird droppings.
