Fantastycznie Convenient location just a short walk from train station. Turning right out of the hotel and you're quickly in the middle of everything you could wish to see in Florence. We were a family of four in room 8 which worked well, although the shower pressure could have been better. Excellent breakfast and helpful staff. Would highly recommend.

The place was spotless clean, the staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good but the breakfast room was small (one big table for all guests). The A/C was very noisy and I had to turn it off in the night. The entire technical installationg (door access, elevator, lights) is very poor which, in additon to the noisy A/C, was a major concern. At some point I was unable to turn off the light and head to sleep with a mask. If you operate a light switch its a lottery if the light (and which one) goes on or off. The room was small with little light, a plastic chair and no table. There was a fridge with free water, which was nice.

Very nice and helpful staff, good breakfast buffet, great location with Santa Maria Novella and its piazza just around the corner. Spacious, luxurious bathroom and powerful air conditioning. With the old furniture and painted ceiling the ambiance in my room felt very much like an Italian place with history.

Excellent hotel. Would stay here again and will be recommending to friends! Excellent value, close to the train station and all the sights are walkable. The room was huge with an amazing bathroom and beautifully painted ceiling. Very clean and comfortable. Staff were so nice and the breakfast was 10/10.

The motel room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was courteous and helpful at all times. The breakfast was very good.
A suggestion from me to management, as to send a description of how to enter the motel and how the elevator works prior to arrival would’ve been helpful. Especially for foreign visitors.
Like the central location. I would stay there again.

As expected, clean room and friendly staff.
However, I want to emphasize its exceptional staff. The way the lady served breakfast was heart-warming; in addition, my son was severely sick so that he had to stay in hotel to recover while the rest of family continued to visit Florence.
The front desk lady provided extra water bottles and allowed him to stay extra hour in room after checkout. She also allowed my son to overstay in the comey lounge with luggages until we retuned from Pisa Tower in the afternoon.
The staff is of great help, really really appreciated!
The property is very nice except one minor thing to improve. The cushions on sofa bed are not firm.
In short, I am very pleased with the stay.

The apartment is located very central. 5 minutes walking from the train station and 10 minutes from Santa maria del fiore Cathedral. All main tourist locations are within 20 minutes walk. Breakfast was very good. Cakes and croissants are homemade and they give you also a small selection of charcutery and cheese. On request they also make scrambled eggs. The only con was the noise. Rooms are not very well isolated so you can here people walking outside your room. Our room was in front of the kitchen so we could here the preparation of the breakfast at 7 am. For the rest it was a convinient place to stay. They really focus on costumer care. Worth the money for sure
