Hotel was very elegant. Staff were welcoming! Highly recommended and will return. My room was very spacious!

Staff in reception was rude and not helpful. I booked a room for three people (daughter and wife). I had to pay extra for my daughter (14 dollars) to get breakfast for her and they did not provided a sofa bed or bunk bed. My daughter had to sleep on the floor (after paying extra), the receptionist claimed the hotel was full and was very unhelpful. I put two stars as the some of the staff members were helpful , but the staff in reception was bad unhelpful and tried to charge for everything. I was told that room cards (lost) will be 5 dollars (straight away) there were other policies which seemed odd. All of them aimed for monetization.

Very clean room and great staff. Only problem at all was that our bathroom door did not close properly.

The place had wonderful service and the rooms were cleaned well everyday. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet.

- staff service was amazing!!! - proximity to train / light rail transit stations - 7 eleven i the lobby - world cup coverage

Great hotel with amazing pool and food. Staff were awesome. A bit out of the way location wise but staff were always helpful organizing transportation.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Great location for last 2 nights in Bangkok. Close to malls, market and train right to airport. Cool pool!!

Brand new hotel, high intl standards and friendly staff!

Amazing for the price!

Everything was as described, the staff were super friendly, highly recommend it! I’ll be back here for sure 😁
