My family of 5 really enjoyed staying at this location. Extremely clean, great private family pool for lounging, and convenient location to Universal Studios. I would love to see a larger and more comfortable couch to lounge around in the living room. The current couch is not comfortable. Plenty of seats at dining room table and kitchen island though. Need stronger stair rails going up to the second floor. One set was broken and had been repaired with white tape. No weight could be placed on it as you walked up or down the stairs. Great washer and dryer with plenty of towels. Enjoyed the large number of bathrooms and showers. All of the rooms were great and the kids loved the Mickey Mouse and Harry Potter themed rooms. One thing to note is that there is a fairly busy street outside the backyard. Some days/nights were not as quiet due to traffic and sirens etc. There are shrubs so it is still private. Online correspondence was quick and clear. So thankful for great communication!

We checked in at 5pm Friday to find the house 91° and maintenance working on the AC. He said give it 2 hours for the house to cool. We called at 8pm to advise the house was still 91 and the AC was not working. 6 calls later a maintenance man shows up at 1232am and says he has to replace the coil springs again. It took until 9am the next morning to cool the house to 79°, we also purchased fans bc the house has no ceiling fans. There are also no markings to say how deep the pool is, the pool is also very rough so bring water shoes. Our kids all left with blistered feet and hands. We also paid for pool heat 24 hours in advance and the pool never heated. We were offered no compensation at all for anything. Ill definitely be disputing all charges. I I also emailed the CEO and COO of UNE homes to try to get this resolved and make them aware of how their properties are being run. The gate to the community is broken, the clubhouse is just a shell of a building surrounded by overgrown grass. I was really embarrassed I brought guests here. You also cannot leave the home if maintenance is needed so forget any plans you may have made. Maria was very nice, Gabriel said he was the manager and also declined to offer compensation for the non working pool and basically told us they were coming to fix it and that was better than compensation. Expedia also contacted him for assistance with no resolution as well. The situation was beyond an apology especially since we had 3 special needs.

Great place to stay. Very clean and the inside of the place was beautiful and spacious.

Lovely 5 bedroomed home, 3 with ensuits and 1 standalone bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen and small pool, not large enough to swim in but good for dips. We did ask for it to be heated but it wasn’t warm enough for us for evening dips. Nice quiet location and parks are all within 45 minute radius. Host kept in touch with us regularly asking if everything was ok and if anything required. They are building/extending nearby but this did not affect our stay and this is mentioned when booking. Would definitely stay here again if we ever return to Florida.

This is the second time my family has stayed at Doppio. The house and pool was in excellent shape! My only gripe was not replacing the tv remote in the downstairs bedroom as there it was not available in the house when checked-in.

The property exceeded our expectations. There was communication with the host and the instructions provided were detailed and easy to navigate for a seamless stay. It was a quiet location close enough to the major parks. We will definitely look to stay here again when we return to Florida. The decor was clean and modern, felt like home away from home.

Kitchen had everything you needed and then some. The Disney kids room was amazing. My grandson loved the light up glasses. Will definitely book this place again. I’m physically back home, but my soul is still there. Great vacation.
