난방 에어컨이 작동이 제대로 안되어 직원이 와서 봐줬는데 정상이라고ㅠ 온풍도 안 나오는데ㅠ 제가 전문가가 아니니 참. 바닥 난방은 잘 되는편이에요. 다른 건 만족합니다. 조용하고 편하고 공기 좋아요

조용한 숙박시설. 렌트를 한다면 숙박시설 이용에 큰 문제는 없다

숙소가 여러명이 지내기는 좋아요..하지만..청결함이 많이 떨어져요..룸에 바퀴벌레와 베란다에 새똥과 먼지가 많이 쌓여있어요.수건도 구멍이 나있어요...다른건 다 좋은데..청결함만 개선해주신다면 담에 또 이용할거같아요.

가격대비 넘 좋았습니다. 방도 3개, 화장실도 3개라서 넘 좋았습니다.

가성비는 최고, 뒤에 보이는 한라산도 절경입니다.

Stayed at the property with a group of 17, so we had three of the 3 bedroom units. Pros: Lots of space for our group and beds were comfortable. Located within easy driving distance to Seogwipo restaurants and sights. Cons: 2 of 3 units had mold on the window shades, and staff weren't the most gracious about accommodating room changes. Sofas were covered with sofa covers to hide the crumbling seat cushions. Kitchen supplies were limited. Hotel charges for extra bedding items.

Beautiful house, clean and modern. However, (1) staff themselves doesn't seem to be well trained. We had a group of 6 but only 3 bath towels were provided. The front office told us that they will provide for it the next day. When I told them that it would mean 3 of us can't shower did they only brought out another 3 towels. Also, the house has a lot of tech but the problem is that it's all in Korean so we have problems operating a simple thing like the toilet. We can see there's a lot of buttons that can be pushed but we had to spend quite a while figuring out which button is to flush. Same thing with the washing machine. Would have been helpful if they'd attached an instruction manual on how to operate the stuff, if they were not willing to label it for non-korean guests.

The apartments here are part of a massive residential complex outside of Seogwipo. Very spacious 2-floor units that comes with 3 rooms, living and dining area and a well-equipped kitchen with a washer. One of the rooms is a Korean-style room and the whole unit has floor heating which is very nice, particular when cold. The units are either on the ground floor with a garden or on the 3rd floor requiring a climb up, with a roof top garden. It seems that the complex is very well catered to Mandarin-speaking guests or owners as the reception is manned by a Mandarin speaking person and the electronic key entry device is voiced in Chinese. Quiet environment as many of the units do not seem to be occupied. Very clean - was not expecting daily service but there was housekeeping coming in to at least clear the rubbish and tidy the place. You will need a car as the complex is out of the city. Dining options are limited around the vicinity although there is a pretty good Korean BBQ nearby. Overall, a very comfortable place to stay for a family and great value for money. A car is essential though.

This is not a typical hotel, I believe it's seasonal rental for tourist and investors. Not much typical hotel amenities but the room itself is fabulous. It has 3 rooms, 1 master room with master bath, 1 guest room with shower bath in the second floor, 1 tatami room and powder room in the first floor. It's equipped with full kitchen. it even has roof access which I didn't use it with hot weather. I think it's not quite a place for a couple or family with kids, it's more suitable for a extended family especially with elders. Reception is not 24/7 and no phone in room, so you may need to call them with your cell phone with external number and you need to request stuffs you need in day time. It's a little weird as a typical hotel. It provide shuttle service to and from airport, please call them in advance if you do not rent a car.
