Dobrze We had a good stay at the resident hotel however upon entering our room and settling in discovered that we had been put in a disability accessible room which by the end of the stay became more of a hinderance than we initially thought.
With all the facilities being lower down and specially made it was hard to use the facilities efficiently and we feel it negatively effected our stay but understand that it could’ve easily been a mistake when checking in. Other than that the room was well kept and we had a good stay.

Great location in Edinburgh. New hotel, well turned out. Rooms compact, but comfortable and have everything you need. Including small kitchen space.
Has a bar downstairs, but missing gap is no breakfast area on site, although many choices nearby.
Would definitely return.

Very nice clean room with kitchen which allowed us to store food and drinks; provided tea and coffee. Staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. The 5:00 drinks were very nice before going to dinner. I would recommend this hotel. Also convenient to bus, tram.

Wonderful hotel that is just outside of the main districts and next to the Dean neighborhood.
Staff was so friendly and helpful. Rooms had a lovely kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, sink, and nespresso.

A great hotel to base your Edinburgh trips in. Fantastic staff who let us freshen up in the bathroom when we arrived earlier than check in, gave us helpful tips on the area and offered to call a taxi for us on departure. The room was comfortable and modern and came with a mini fridge and microwave which we appreciated.
The area is a quick 15 minute walk into the bustling centre and very close to Dean Village.
We would absolutely stay again.

Everything was perfect. The Staff excellent, the well appointed took and kitchen. Great Air conditioning during summer. We extended our stay with them. Highly recommend.
