Great, fun property in an area that offers a lot in easy walking distance. The staff are amazing - super friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and spacious even for our family of four. The breakfast buffet was tasty, and the different board games in the lobby area were a pleasant surprise.

The hotel was nice and had a great atmosphere. I found the staff were really helpful, friendly, and attentive. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent and had all the essentials that you would expect. The location is good and it is only a 20 minute walk to the centre with plenty of places to eat very close to the hotel. There's also a bus stop right outside the hotel and a metro station close by. The only slight downside is the surrounding area can feel a bit shady depending on the time of day as I was approached by beggars on numerous occasions, however, this is not the fault of the hotel and was not the only place in Brussels where this happened. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and would definitely stay again if in the area.

In all honestly, expecting guests to give up their email and phone number to access wifi is a step too far. Your desire for ad revenue and selling personal information should not disrupt the stay. We are already bombarded with so much spam, last thing we need is to further enable that. Otherwise, amazing place!

AC was not working but we were fine with the temperature in the room was warm but not overly hot. Staff went out their way to make our stay memorable. We enjoyed the great coffees the staff made for us.
