Fantastycznie
I believe this hotel is fairly new. It is extremely clean, and you can see many employees constantly taking care of every area of the building. The triple room was a good size for me and my two children. The room was very clean, and so was the bathroom. The hotel is conveniently located near Dotonbori and Namba Station. This was my children’s favorite hotel during our trip.

It was hot on arrival because no AC at the check in counters. No live person checking you in. If problem arises you press a button and someone calls you. The rooms and bathrooms are very small. The dorms at universities seemed bigger. The pool on the roof top you pay to go swimming in it. You pay if you want to use the gym and it is limited use. If you use the laundromat. The dryers don’t work. I have been in Japan for 7 days and out of the 3 hotels in different cities my least favorite. I would never stay in another hotel with that name.

I loved the area this hotel was located in, so many restaurants and shopping places nearby which was so convenient. We hardly used any trains because everything was walking distance. There’s also a bus you can take from the ITM airport to a nearby drop off stop in Osaka for only 700 yen which was the best.

The hotel is nice and clean and modern. Read the fine print about the pool fees! I booked this because there was a pool but I didn’t know there was a 2000 - 3000 yen charge to use it. That cost is way too much to use a small pool.
