We have stayed here multiple times. The staff without question are the most friendliest and helpful staff I have had in Vietnam. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and delicious. Would highly recommend staying here

Everything was amazing and affordable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was great, the rooms were great. The lantern making class was fun and we even learned a little bit about Vietnamese culture during it. I would highly recommend staying here.

Perfect hotel for families. We stayed in a loft room which was clean, modern and very comfortable. Staff were so lovely and helpful. Hotel was well located and had the most amazing pool! We did the lantern decorating workshop which was good fun. Only wish we could have stayed longer!

Super friendly and attentive staff especially Huong in reception, Diem, Huong, B. Tram and N.Tram in the restaurant and Chef Le Kim Tuan's food was delicous. The hotel is very good value.

The property is well maintained and cleaned around the clock. Towels are changed daily. Rooms are cleaned twice a day. The tours can easily be arranged by the front desk. The food is excellent. Free breakfast was a great plus with a wide selection of meals. But the most outstanding thing about Saga Hotel is it's Staff. Everyone is kind, helpful, and would go above and beyond their roles. One night, we arrived late for dinner and the kitchen staff was gracious enough to cook for us. That was greatly appreciated. When my mom stayed behind in her room because she wasn't feeling well, your staff gave her tea and porridge and checked in on her. All these acts of kindness are seldom found in the service industry. We highly recommend The Saga Hotel Hoi An. We'll definitely stay again if we go back in Vietnam.

Beautiful small hotel. Very attentive and friendly staff. The free shuttle bus into Hoi An old town and An Bang beach was a bonus. Would definitely stay again.

Thank you for your beautiful hospitality! The Saga Hotel Hoi An is so beautiful, especially the staff. I wish I knew everyone’s names, but a special thank you Nhung, Tram, Tinh, Huong (both of them!), and Khanh. You all went above and beyond in hospitality. Thank you to the cleaning staff, my room was so clean every day. The beautiful pool, incredible breakfast spread, beautiful lobby and pool and pool food options, and free bike usage. I’m so grateful for this hotel, you made my time in Hoi An so special. You have a really special hotel and you made me feel welcome at every greeting. Thank you. The small details make a big difference.

Has an amazing stay at the saga hotel! We have stayed in a few different hotels in Hoi an and da nang and when you consider the value for money this was top of the list! The rooms are a good size, the pool is great and the food and drink is both affordable and delicious. They run a great happy hour 3-6pm where you can have some evening drinks by the pool. Would 100% suggest staying here and then if you want to visit one of the big beach resorts just go and get a day pass which are super cheap rather than paying to stay there.
